Message: <blockquote data-quote="PrairieGhost" data-source="post: 154153" data-attributes="member: 704"><p>My heart doctor told me last week I have to loose weight so I'll join you 2400.  At Christmas the kids all came home and the wife cooked up a pile of goodies.  Then a storm moved in so the kids all took off.  One boy came from Helena, Montana on Friday night and left Saturday afternoon.  That left us with a pile of food to eat.  An annual physical after the holidays is a bad idea.</p><p>Anyway 6' 1" and 220 lbs.  I should get down to 190, but I'm shooting for under 200 to start with.  I guess I will have to do more than pull my bow trainer.</p></blockquote><p></p>
