Week ago, I walked a stretch of the Red River on the ND side looking for sheds. Found a decent 5 pt side.
The way the land rolled, I knew the deer were mostly bedding on the Mn, crossing the ice to feed in a sugarbeet field on the Nodak side.

Today, I walked the Mn side and found the other side.
1/2 mile apart.
Thought that was kinda neat.

Finding a matched set of antlers is almost as good as shooting the buck, but with the added knowledge that "He'll be bigger next year." Fuels the fire for the next season. Congrats on the set!

I once found a pretty nice Muley shed damn near right on the CO/KS border. We were custom cutting a field that was odd shaped. It was in 3 different sections and two different states.
