Message: <blockquote data-quote="BrokenBackJack" data-source="post: 154179" data-attributes="member: 642"><p>Started a diet last Wednesday Feb. 1st.  Was 5'10'' and hit 244 on the scale.  Holy buckets man when your body is shot and you can't exercise like you used to be able to one can put the weight on and it doesn't come off easy.  Anyway weighed in this a.m. and was down to 234.8  .   Want to get down to at least 200 and hope really hope 180 but don't think that is possible at my age.  </p><p>Daughter is getting married in October and i would sure like to be able to walk her down the aisle and not her having to roll me as in my present state.  That would make me very happy in the face!</p></blockquote><p></p>
