The flow is moving through the system with ice still intact. (not broken up). The river will continue to rise and either jam along the Missouri or flow to the Confluence and either jam or push the ice out from the Confluence which will cause an impact downstream and people should be aware of their surroundings at all times and be ready to evacuate at a moments notice. I have volunteers calling folks that live along the Missouri River and if you know someone, please let them know this information as some folks do not have social media.
