Either of those will easily wreck your attempt. Ive found a good seed starting mix is 3 gallons pro mix, 2 gallons perlite and 1 gallon of vermiculite. If you add 1tbsp osmocote plus / 2 gallons of mixture you should have about the right amount of fertilizer for many plants. You can also buy seed starting mix, and for small quantities of plants thats not a bad option.</p></blockquote><p></p>
