Is there any way to recalibrate my gas gauge on the boat? I have a mid-30 gallon gas tank on my tuffy. No matter how the boat is sitting, it reads empty after 10-15 gallons. Makes me a little nervous at times.

Maybe a tuffy dealer can help. My ranger guage is not accurate either. I trust my smart craft gauge to tell me exactly how much fuel I have left.

I try to fill at half full just in case. I also find it less of a financial obligation when its only 25 gallons than the entire 50 going into the tank

Fuel flow meters plumbed into smart-gauges or GPS units are a godsend.

Lincoln, kinda...
My Lund is the same way, I rarely put more than 12 or so gallons into the 25 gallon tank. That still is a lot of gas for me to go through in a given day where and how I fish. Maybe have to replace the whole sending unit? I just don't know.
