Thorough work up ruled out anything bad and that I was still disgustingly healthy ( or was it just disgusting?!?)  but makes one really appreciate good health till you get a scare.  Left the ER after the good news and immediately grabbed the fly rod and went fishing.</p></blockquote><p></p>
