I know they don't draw until fall, but doesn't one apply at same time as the moose and elk?

I put the older daughter in this year. Figure if she is luckier than me then at least I still get to go out and have the experience.
I need to start planning another aoudad hunt beings those are still relatively affordable to do even guided/semi guided if one chooses.
