The big secret to my grandma's chicken and dumplings soup is of course the broth, boiling the whole chicken parts on simmer until the meat slips off the bone. Add in carrots celery onions chicken boulion and of course flour dumplings. Yummy
Oh the best way to make perfect size fluffy dumplings that don't stick to the spoon is to use a plastic coated baby spoon.
