Looks like the people's republic of Minnesota want to decide which rifles you can use, i wonder of this ordinance will be a loop hole to allow other counties to restrict semi auto rifles in the future

There are numbers of states that restrict weapons. All states have min caliber restrictions. Some have archery only areas and shotgun only areas or straight wall cartridge only areas. Alot have magazine restrictions for hunting big game.
