Helix 7DI vs Helix 7SI Reviews

Would like to hear any input from any of you guys who have either of these. Looks like the SI side image model is a couple hundredish bucks more so wondering if that unit is that much better? Ice ducer available for winter fishing?

It all depends if you want to see off to the sides of your boat for scanning fish or structure. The Helix models I have seen mark well in 2d sonar. I have the standard Helix 10 that I use for maps and 360 imaging. The screen is brighter/more crisp and the processor is faster the 1198 that I had before.

If you can afford it get it. I would always want SI on my units.
