Never got truly sea sick, just would get light headed and tired from time to time. Seen 40' seas during hurrican Mitch in Mexico and seen several coworkers that wanted to to die. The best advise is to eat strawberry jam or tappioca pudding before it gets rough. Doesnt do anything for seasickness but it is the only two things that taste the same coming back up as they did going down, haha.</p></blockquote><p></p>
