Just remember when you fillet it cut around the rib bones instead of going through them. Those ribs are tough on the ol' blade edge. DON'T FORGET THE CHEEK MEAT. Yum

Have it mounted in swimming pose then put in an old fish tank with a plex glass top with a hole cut in and a rattle wheel mounted to the wall above. Do not add water because will stink after time.
