A friend and I went out early and pitched jigs tipped with minnows around some of the sunken humps in the arm. Gull was probably our best. 1/4 oz jigs with the biggest minnows we could find, doing small pops along the bottom. The walleye were slamming it pretty good this morning. Nothing big but quite a few in the 18-19" range.
