Message: <blockquote data-quote="svnmag" data-source="post: 469910" data-attributes="member: 330"><p>This just came to mind:  WV used to have a trout season.  On opening day it was often "elbow to elbow".  Through years of experience; Granddad found a non-descript rock for "his" spot away from the crowd.  The limit was 6 and he could usually eek out a full creel over the day.</p><p></p><p>This one time he got lucky.  He got his limit in a couple hours then noticed he had pre-covid type company.  As he waded away from "his" rock; one of the "neighbors" asked "Whatya usin' for bait?</p><p></p><p>Granddad's reply was "toenails".  It's an oft told story since the late '60's.</p><p></p><p>Sorry I had a fight in your lake trout party.</p><p></p><p>That is all.</p></blockquote><p></p>
