Does anyone run a 8" k-drill on a Honda powerhead??? What kind of performance can I expect?

I do and It works good. Not crazy fast but plenty fast cutting for me. Just have to clean ur chips out of the hole a lot more frequently on thick ice or you’ll get it stuck and bend the flighting like I did up at Winnipeg last year.

Those have a lot of torque so I would get a 2 stroke as they more snort.

There were guys on here last year saying it worked pretty good on the Honda. It is lower rpm than an actual drill so it will probably be a little slower, but still better than the strikemaster chipper on the Honda. Ive been tempted to get one for mine.

I ran my 8” k-drill on an Eskimo shark last season a bit. No complaints here.
