Or do we limit access.... and then people in chronic pain who might benefit but can't get their hands on it - so they are the people who pay the price.And speaking of educated... NOBODY who sticks meth or opioids in their body for fun doesn't know the risks by now. And yet thousands are still dying. Why? Because no matter what - a certain percentage of people are addicts and will die when we open up access (legal or illegal) to any type to addictive compounds. Balancing these issues seems impossible.</blockquote>
