Message: <blockquote data-quote="Obi-Wan" data-source="post: 233562" data-attributes="member: 709"><p>What will be used to determine " driving under the influence "?  From what I could find the states that have legalized it differ on their laws because there appears to be no standardized limits.  California does not even have a THC limit but leave it up to the determination of the arresting officer.  This might be one of those " be careful what you wish for" moments in regards to DUI with marijuana.  If left up to the officer and his opinion only of a field sobriety test becomes a slippery slope.  In ND you do not have to submit to a field sobriety test all they are trying to do is gather evidence of probable cause to require a breath or blood test ( you do have to submit to a breath of blood test if asked )</p></blockquote><p></p>
