Message: <blockquote data-quote="AaronJ" data-source="post: 233631" data-attributes="member: 1109"><p>You are correct.  You can be convicted with just FST.  I have many good friends in Law Enforcement and trust them wholely.  But, I still believe that some testing beyond subjective (lateral eye movement, heel-toe, etc) is necessary.  Many arrested under just FST testing get off as compared to those that also have breathalyzer, Intoxalyzer, or BAC testing to back it up.  Unfortunately me at a .08 vs others I shouldn't be behind the wheel and I'm sure if they came up with non-subjective limits for THC it would be the same.</p><p></p><p>I wouldn't say I'm whole heartedly against legalization but I am definitely not for it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
