There is likely more to the story here. The article I read about this said that the students involved were dicking around and tried to climb OUT of the bus window while he was driving. At this point the driver stopped and called the cops. It took the cops over 45 mins to respond. After seeing how unhinged the mother was its likely it was her kid causing the problems. If thats the case why should the driver allow the kid who caused the trouble to crawl out with the mother before the police got there?
