Message: <blockquote data-quote="BrokenBackJack" data-source="post: 219217" data-attributes="member: 642"><p>My bride's Dad was POW in WW II in the Battle of the Bulge.  The stories he used to tell us.  Wouldn't open up to the rest of the family but for some reason he did for us and we cherished every word he would tell us.  Shared his happy times and cried with him on his sad times.</p><p></p><p>In all of our travels my bride and I always stop at the Veterans Cemeteries and walk around looking at tombstones and the dates and what branch they served in.  Always amazed no matter which one we stop at.  Easy to pass the day away looking and thinking about these</p><p>brave souls!</p><p>May they all rest in peace!</p></blockquote><p></p>
