I heard that it is a weigh tournament. I cant find a rules page yet but still looking

Congratulations to the second-place winners, Joshua Johnson from Williston, ND and Cody Roland from Noonan, ND for taking second place with 103.78 pounds.

What’s it matter? 10 fish of that caliber to win is nuts. Let alone the massive weights 20 places down. That’s a crazy amount of high quality fish. Even Erie doesn’t have many weights like that.

I’d love to know more about how they’re catching these fish.

It is length converted to weight as shown above. Works out both ways. I used to live in Montana and still fish tournaments all the time there. It really has been good for many years, just find that big school of fish. I remember back in 90's when Shell village on Sak was kicking out pigs too it was fun back than also. Spring is really good and then gets better late summer.

Just about anything works depends the time of the year but blade baits do shine at times. Shows how graph technology has changed fishing.
