In Gun Owner's of America's case, a Texas federal court just struck down the NFA registration for:

Suppressors
Short barreled rifles
Short barreled shotguns

Huge win again. MAGA!!

While that is great news, I wouldn't get too excited yet. That was only in the northern district of Texas. DOJ is most certainly going to appeal for some damn reason. Congress made it clear with the repeal of the tax stamp fee that they intended for the NFA to go away but to this point, DOJ had been fighting to keep it. We need to let our representatives in Congress know we want this gone. Trump can't claim to be the most pro gun president ever if he doesn't direct DOJ to drop these stupid appeals and let the NFA die.

Pretty sure Clinton banned sales of US Surplus ammunition to civilians. Might've been him that also blocked some significant re-importations of US made military arms that were to be sold back to US civilians through CMP. 54 Republican house members and 36 Republican Senators voted FOR the Brady Bill in 1993.

Regan signed GCA '86 designating only 1986 and earlier production full-auto firearms were going to be available for civilian purchase/ownership.

LBJ signed GCA 1968 initiating the necessity for citizens to purchase new firearms only from licensed FFL's. No more ordering guns direct to your door through Herters and the like.

Plenty of blame for both sides regarding their comprehension of:
