Once in a Lifetime E2 Elk Cow

I recently drew a Once in a Lifetime E2 Elk Cow tag. I have hunted deer last several years in 3A1 and not very familiar with unit E2. I am a disabled veteran who does not mind putting in the boot work but i do have some limits. I am looking for information, advice, or general areas to start scouting in the coming months. I look forward to hearing from my fellow NODAK enthusiast.
