Thats not safe for the dog or for other people that do not know the dog. You have not stated a time where one of these attacks were not preventable every time it comes back to people not having their dog under control.  Till people start holding owners responsible and make it cost alot of money the problem is not going to fix it self.  Its akin to blaming guns for mass shootings.</p></blockquote><p></p>
