I just got off of the phone calling 3 places in Dickinson to get quotes for pork butts to make deer sausage next weekend. After those calls I will end up saving $350 by driving to Bismarck to get it. I do have a work truck so I do not need to pay for gas to go get it. I am glad we finally got a huge freezer so I can watch the sales like a hawk and stock up next year. As a 35 year old salesman that makes a living on customer service and have been doing it for 7 years there is definitely a trend. Some people understand that calling me at 9 at night or at 6 in the morning on a weekend is not free and love the service. Then you have the guy down the street that will not give you the time of day because you are a little more expensive from 8-5 but your the first one he calls in an emergency because I will actually answer the phone outside of normal business hours. Males from the age of 45-60 are the toughest they are stubborn and have had the buddy system for years. Females and younger males are easier because they just want someone to help them and take the bull by the horns. At least this is what I see in the Industrial sales field. Good customer service is a dying breed and I capitalize on it every day. Most people either don't give a shit or else they are overbearing trying to sell something.</blockquote>
