Without this 5%, I honestly didn't think that would be a very big industry here.The proposal does not include requiring anything (guides)That is a wy state issue. just two or four strong legs to access so why would anyone think ND would. We value tourism dollars here. not as much as oil dollars that's part of this issueThey also made exceptions for wheelchairs. not sure if that would include self-powered or motorized ones.</blockquote>
