The findings are very informative. <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><strong>77%</strong> of the 3 highest paying taxpayers are out-of-state companies.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ul">The 3 highest paying taxpayers in each county pay $90 million in taxes.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ul">The highest 3 taxpayers pay as much as 35.5% of all taxes billed (Oliver) to less than 2% (Cass).</li>
