I’ve never been actually diagnosed with it but there is no doubt in my mind that I have it. I’ve dealt with cold hands and feet since I was a kid and stumbled upon on article about Raynauds a few years ago and realized that’s my issue. I remember growing up thinking I was a sissy because my hands and feet were always cold. It’s miserable dealing with this, it becomes debilitating at times. In the winter I put hand warmers by my toes in Muck Arctic boots and my toes will still get cold and it’s basically impossible to keep my fingers warm. I was messing around with a thermal imager at work and it was really eye opening.
