The past week has been stupid good for catching catfish. Big numbers of post spawn fish are out feeding so they can bulk back up to their stature. Right down the middle in the deeper faster water has been the best areas to fish. Bait again is about everything. I have had the best luck with 1-2 day dead suckers and goldeyes. Frozen is working but not quite as well. Sit times have been 20ish minutes like always but the first bite is three to six minutes.
