Again, those payments go to counties, not the state of ND.  SOme in the ag community were pretty adamant about this.</p><p></p><p>While there may be other state-owned properties that make some form of payments in-lieu of property tax to counties and/or cities I don't know about, these are still something akin to property taxes.   Are there deductions or write-offs in the world of property taxes I don't know about?</p></blockquote><p></p>
