Shot this yesterday: As the ammo is near a dollar a rd; I only loaded six in the mag.

It's a sweetheart: @25yds offhand; I put three in an "orange" and three in another "orange" a bit low right: Whole group: "Cantaloupe": My lack of technique; IDK if this was a whole or two separate groups as I shot the whole mag in one volley at a cardboard target: Point of hold was an "orange". :p

The feel and control is a "toy" "1911" without the hammer. The recoil approaches .380 ACP IMO. 😲 No shit.

I'd like a good bolt gun for turkey/etc. to compete with the .17's.

That is all.

I understand the 5.7 isn't fun to reload either. I have the 22 TCM and that's a hoot to shoot.

^^^^I didn't mean that to be at all critical.

When I said "toy" I meant the weight/feel; which was amazing for a full duty sized pistol. I was instantly familiar with the controls and the way it "pointed". In full disclosure: I found the trigger AND slide safety "lawyerly" redundant: It didn't fuck my day. I'm glad/surprised they also didn't incorporate a grip "safety" as this is a "cop killer".
