Works pretty well out here in Montana. Faded orange spray paint on corners=maybe they'll say yes, and if they say no they probably won't yell at you for asking. Fresh orange paint on every other fence post=someone has you in their crosshairs right now. Keep your hands up and move deliberately back to the truck.
