A guy can tell alot by just visually looking at the oil and in the case of the vaccum method you really can't see it. Other than that you could probably get more oil out with the vaccum method vs the drain...just depending how long you want to sit and suck. I know for myself I stick the tube in and let it go until it's gurgling. Like I said in a earlier post I pulled the plug and 1 drop every 10 seconds is minimal and if I kept sucking could get it to zero drops.</p></blockquote><p></p>
