That is correct. Right on the grill is where i do my cooking. Thebl oven would work also.

Just gonna mention that I tried your recipe tonight Sig. Added some fresh onion and peppers from the garden as well. Huge hit with family! Excellent recipe and we will be having this again!

Thats awesome to hear. Will ve adding onions and some garlic cloves next time I make it. Peppers sound like a great choice as well

Invited the neighbors over on Saturday night. It was a hit and produced way too much food. We also did a seafood one with shrimp, crab legs and mussels. I know what I'm bringing to work for the next three days.

Also, instead of chicken broth, I used a couple bottles of IPA.
