"Sticky" threads?

How do we go about getting a thread "sticky"? I think we need to create a sticky thread "How to delete your FBO profile."

Svnmag's "Useful stuff and useless knowledge" and the "all Ha Ha all the time" threads are other top contenders for sticky status.
