Message: <blockquote data-quote="Colonel Angus" data-source="post: 187211" data-attributes="member: 351"><p>As I participate in another season of beet harvest, I wish all a safe and accident free season.  A few words of advice....</p><p></p><p>1.  Be careful of power lines in the field while raising the box.</p><p>2.  Yield to loaded trucks, especially since the rain has made the shoulders soft on gravel roadways.</p><p>3.  Stay vigilant, as we truck drivers are not the only vehicles using the roadways.</p><p>4.  For the public, do not pull out in front of an oncoming truck as it takes a half a mile to stop when loaded.</p><p></p><p>I'm sure there are other words of wisdom out there.  I just want everyone to be back on Nodak Angler when it's all over with.  Take care everyone.</p></blockquote><p></p>
