Please tell me I'm not the only guy who can't stand Nash Buckingham. As a diehard duck hunter, I know that's sacrilegious. Hell, damn near blasphemous. But I'm about 50 pages into Ol' Miss and it's like chewing cardboard that's been dry-aged alongside moldy cheese and a hamper full of sweaty gym shorts. I'm finding little enjoyment in the process.

I appreciate your efforts 7mag, its to bad some guys have to be all clowning around on your book club page.

I read GWB's book last year in my old office, just to stick it to the liberal queen that sat upstairs praising the current administration as the best we have ever had. She lectured me on my choice in books...haha.
The book was not that great, but the fun I had reading it was a peach

book clubs are neat. nothing Femi about neatness

You should never assume my dialect as condescending anti feminist. Men need to read too.

It was the banter that was throwing my game into bob status

How about Flowers for Algernon?

Robin Williams had a film with a similar theme: "Awakenings":

Makes one wonder about Terry Shivo(sp). She was allowed to starve under the Bill Clintong regime while the world watched. I'm surprised he didn't arrange a private visit. I bet a gd dog wouldn't suffer such a fate; I may be wrong here and conspiratorial:

Anyways, nothing to see here; please move on.

I like to read to learn stuff. Reading stories I can watch on a screen in a fraction of the time is not high on my list. I like efficiency.
