This used to be called the Dancin' Eel. Seems it's now the Yozuri Knuckle Bait. They need to offer a hollow weedless double hook option IMHO:

I think a weedless version could be near as effective as a spinner/chatterbait: I get bored real quick with a "straight" retrieve unless that's what works.
