The 2nd and biggest scheme in the last number of years that doesn't include a war is this CO2 pipeline.  This is blatant.   They can't even come up with a reason how it will benefit us.  At least wind they could lie and say it's cheap and clean.  Ask yourself how does CO2 benefits the people of ND?</p></blockquote><p></p>
