It's not something we want to do or looking for but....we have to have a way to protect the kids.  Like that one recent shooting where the gunman broke open the door and kids were under their desks.  He shot and killed 19 I think?  Absolute sitting ducks.  I would prefer to have a puncher's chance.  Maybe I could save a few kids?? Plus, my own kids are in this building....I will do ANYTHING to protect them as well.  And should have that right. A sentinel works where staff and students alike don't know which teacher(s) have access to a gun.  It is locked away somewhere and only a few in building know who has access to it.  These are just my thoughts.  Maybe I'm not right.</p></blockquote><p></p>
