I grabbed all 4 little girls and asked who wanted to be a hero. We proceeded to rescue said ducks from the window well and will now be tasked with raising them for awhile. I feel blessed to show these kids an appreciation for wildlife. I’m glad that I am able to show them that taking a life in the fall by shooting a duck does not equate to not caring about the wonderful critters which we are lucky enough to see every day.</p><p>Beauty surrounds us always, only a select few are wise enough to take the time to recognize it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
