Maybe it was already dead, looked like a big one and Ive seen those gator catching shows, they dont come in willingly....

I read somewhere else that said if you would bring the gator to the surface slowly like that and not pull their eyes out of the water that they rarely struggle. The stuff you see on gator hunter shows they purposely make them do that for dramatic effect. Either way that's to close for my comfort

if you watch those bouys after he releases them and pedals away they are moving around and actually go under water from the gator pulling so i dont believe it is, but half this shit on the internet these days are hoaxes so who knows!?
