In a case like this there is a Deer Hunting season involved with licenses alloted to individuals versus your analogies to cattle or bison. Last I checked there is not much for Bison hunting in North America and you still need to have a license to publicly harvest and to my knowledge there is no license for hunting cattle at all.</p></blockquote><p></p>
