Travel cover for Frabill portable

I bought one of the sidestep flip overs when they first came out 3-4 years ago, I want to so it is the predator model. My travel cover has done a good job for me but it is thread bare and time for a new one. Problem is I cannot find one for my model. Anybody have insight on "universal" covers?

I tried one from cabelas and even the large was too small. I've been considering just buying one from a comparable sized model from clam, otter, or eskimo...but there are not any that are really close for a good fit.

I have a predator sidestep and bought the frabill cover to go with it and mine fits just right. I believe the predator requires the X-Large (#6406). Good luck finding one though. I could not get one at all last winter. Picked one up right away in the fall when they showed up at Cabelas. Frabill is terrible about keeping up with stock.

I think my buddy ordered one through Gander Mountain or scheels but that was a year or 2 ago. Might just be better off going to a shop that makes custom boat covers or something, will probably be more durable.

I can't find one in stock anywhere. I picked up a new Predator a few weeks ago and thought I could find a cover online. I was wrong! Fortunately the cover for my old fortress fits it so I have something for my Winnipeg trip. At this point I'll wait for next fall to get one.

Frabill doesnt even have any in stock on their site.

i would check with 6 mile bait in garrison. i have had him build me some covers for work stuff that no one else could help with. He has a heavy duty sewing machine and does very nice work.

I got one of the otter covers for my side step. The otter dimensions were the same. It has worked fine so far.

Migrator do you know what model your house is and what model cover you got for it?

im not sure the exact model but I just measured my house and picked the one made essentially for the same size.
