I have no idea how much it cost to build that building but at $341,000 for 15 years (that's about what the depreciation is on commercial buildings) that is over $5 million dollars of rent, and the government doesn't even own the building. Anyone in business would look at that say that it is not very smart move. And yes, I agree work on the waste overseas and that is happening.</p></blockquote><p></p>
