When the pipeline in MT broke a year and a half ago dumping 1,200 barrels of oil into the Yellowstone River 5 miles upstream of Glendive the city's water cleared back to EPA standards in less then a week and that spill was under the ice making it very difficult to do any real cleanup and cold water and ice both slow the breakdown of the oil but still was over fast there.</p></blockquote><p></p>
