It's not talking out of both sides it the reality of dealing with a not black and white world and having to live in the gray area in between and dealing with each case as they come instead of a one size fits all approach. I've been advocating a stronger stance from the state since the beginning but at this point they need to do a cost benefit evaluation on each move they make and that one cost far more then anything they would gain. Now had they issued two dozen warrants for arrest along with hers I would have given them two thumbs up but unfortunately that's not what they did and so they set themselves up for a shit storm to come.</blockquote>
