That's easy, we'll build a canal to provide water from the Missouri River. Take a drive along the canal and see if you can find a pipe taking water from the canal to an irrigated field. There might be some, but I've never seen one. The one good thing about the canal is it's still providing jobs. There are people working on or for the canal. Not sure what they do but the government pretty much stopped the original intended use of the canal quite awhile ago. Just another example of the government bureaucracy getting in the way of progress.</p></blockquote><p></p>
