Short morning or evening trip is a fanny pack with minimal items.</p><p></p><p>Typically my "day pack" contains:</p><p></p><p>havalon knife with extra blades</p><p>folder knife</p><p>TAG game bags</p><p>garbage bag </p><p>zip ties</p><p>marker or pen with leukotape wrapped around it</p><p>lighter</p><p>magnesium flint/striker</p><p>trioxane tabs (fire)</p><p>tp or baby wipes</p><p>head lamp with spare batteries</p><p>simple first aid kit with band aides, duct tape, meds, etc.</p><p>25 ft cord</p><p>camera</p><p>extra socks</p><p>light gloves and hat</p><p>possibly rain jacket depending on weather</p><p>water</p></blockquote><p></p>
